Pros

Good pay compensation. Great PTO benefits. Flexibility for family emergencies. Frequent raises. Insurance availability. Constant upgrades to facilities and equipment. Higher ups that take time out of their day to ask how the job is going and what they can do to make that job easier or more efficient. And then they listen to the feedback and respond adequately. Plenty of paid holidays through out the year. Room for growth within the company.

Cons

Insurance prices are a little steep. Parking in the Calhoun location is very limited.

Everything else. Pay was horrible. Benefits were bad and the upper management didn’t know what they were doing
