Pros

I had to leave my position at Stark for personal/family circumstances and I was incredibly sad to go. Since my very first day at Stark I was treated only with kindness and acceptance. The management does a great job at making all employees feel celebrated by announcing birthdays and anniversaries, throwing baby showers, etc. I always felt comfortable reaching out to management and coworkers at various levels with questions or concerns. I had never worked with the software used in the art department before being at Stark, but my manager was always patient and helpful in training me. My favorite aspect of working here was how integrated all of the departments were, allowing me to learn more about other fields such as marketing, processing, etc. The hours are fair and I appreciated the opportunity to work overtime. Overall, the workplace at Stark was very healthy and respectful, and I would recommend my former job to my friends and acquaintances.

Cons

I truly do not have any cons for Stark as far as the workplace environment or job duties. One thing I would change would be the addition of 401K matching in the benefits package.
