Co workers were friendly and helpful.

Low pay. No room for advancement. Poor working conditions. Employees have to wear coats and cover with blankets in the office because the air runs even in the winter

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at STARK. Our pay for positions in Calhoun is fair compared to industry standards. In regards to room for advancement, i would like to highlight that our Sr VPs Greg Rosenblatt and Nyan Gabriel, almost all Showroom Managers, and many managers in support functions in Calhoun and across the company started in entry-level positions. One of our main core values, "Actions Speak Louder Than Titles" highlights that there is in fact room for advancement at STARK and we look for employees who will stay with the company for their entire careers. That is why one of our first questions in any interview is, "are you looking for a job or career?" We recently added a new facility to our Calhoun operation to create more room for staff, and our climate control systems should be operating fine. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
