Initiative is rewarded. The company truly cares about its employees. Support is available whenever asked for. Management is receptive to suggestions.

Cons

None worth commenting on. I haven't experienced cons but this app won't let you post until you hit twenty words.

A Step In The Right Direction

New direction with upper management, more outside the box thinking and finally some structure.

Cons

Still a bit disorganized but working on it.
