Pros

Awesome management and co-workers (team). Training was extensive and well organized. Just take notes so you can recall the info. But they provide excellent training. Benefits are top tier. You get raises often, they definitely let you know you are appreciated. Stable company with good retirement benefits.

Cons

The workload is overwhelming. Not enough employees to circulate claims to. The process changes almost every month to include more steps, which takes up more time, but you will still receive the same amount of claims and more. Overtime was limited, sometimes you need more time just to stay afloat. Lastly, you have to schedule for time off a year in advance.
