Pros

Tenured management in effected offices are great and understanding.

Cons

The company used to be great to work for when I first started 5 years ago. After the restructure they claim they want to keep as much talent yet they expect an employee to move themselves and their family 1000 miles plus with no relocation assistance within 30 days. That is an unrealistic expectation. There are a lot of unanswered questions that are not being answered. This company does not care about their employees anymore and this has caused the morale to go extremely down. They have hired people to do the work however they are not properly training them to do their job. The company seems to be at a lost as to why customer satisfaction is down and they are losing policyholders. The answer is you don’t really want to keep the talent that you have. You rather hire an inexperienced person off of the street and pay them at a lower rate instead of paying for those who are willing to adapt and relocate to stay with the company.

Pros

Large company with benefits, team environment and diversity

Cons

Metrics, such as call time, seem to mean more to them than being there for the customer and giving them the attention they deserve. I was told to interrupt the customer to move on with the call so we can get to the next call faster to help the next customer and I understand that, but on the other hand we also need to allow the time for the current customer to be happy with and even vent if they need to.
