Pros

They have AWESOME benefits. 15 vacation days on starting your first day of training. You also get paid sick, paid doctor, and paid sick family time off. You get a bonus every year if the company meets it's yearly quota and you also get to pick a christmas gift every year. On top of the employee perks program that gets you discounts all around the city...

Cons

Now the cons. Medical insurance was terribly expensive for a family especially in comparison to the pay. I started in a low position, even though I have a Bachelor's Degree and some years of work experience. I thought I would be able to move up quickly because of my qualification however that was not the case. I applied for a position in Marketing after my incumbency was up and was denied the position. I then tried to apply for other positions just to get a raise and was denied for those also. I had received awards in my position, customer appreciation letters and compliments from other managerial staff but yet I still could not get a promotion. There were people who didn't have degrees, talked to customers poorly and were getting promoted out of the department. I eventually had to leave for this reason and upper management advised that I leave the company for a couple of years then apply for the job I really wanted. It seems that many of the people in upper management did that exact thing. Unfortunately I didn't have time to jump through hoops and play the games that were needed to succeed there. It's the kind of place where you have to know the right people in order to get to where you want to go in the company, not based off merit. I'll pass, thanks.

Pros

Initial pay seems great but takes years to really make more! Large company that had resources but mismanage those. Many call center and underwriting jobs but would not Recommend them!

Cons

Worried about moving to hubs in three states and a lack of focus on listening to ground level employees executing the work! Some jobs require a 2-3 year commitment where you cannot apply internally for any other jobs! Spend about 1 billion dollars in marketing every year but do not focus on employees who are giving great advice, instead they outsource!

Pros

Pay is okay Entry level Plenty of vacation days Ability to manipulate time off Premium holiday pay Car loan at low interest rate

Cons

Commute is ridiculous Parking lot is monitored by security who will boot employee cars if parked wrong No life/work balance Inability to telecommute They will tell your shift is set yet they will do shift bids after you are hired so that you are stuck in a less desireable shift They are not considering personal situations for shift it is completely random so a college student maybe stuck in Mon -Fri 8:30 to 5 and a parent may get 11:30 to 8 with Sat and Wed off.
