Micromanage your every move bathroom, breaks, lunches... , have to bid for shifts and time off, tardies and abscenses add up with points, no matter how good you are in customer service which they claim is so important, they're only worried about the numbers. Spending time on the phone to actually help customers messes up your numbers which is their focus. Not customers or employees. This is a call center, not claims handling. Shift changes every 6 months. Pay is low and they stopped OT
