Pros

401K, PTO, some great Team Managers & Team Members

Cons

Slow to make change, but the change that does come is rushed and disorganized, company training can be thin at times, scheduling time off can be a hassle, little flexibility when it comes to scheduling

Pros

Benefits are offered after 30 days of employment.

Cons

We're expected to be flexible and adaptable when the company wants to treat every situation the same without carefully consideration. The managers sit fairly close to their direct reports, but choose to manage via email. Our Customer Service week was by far the worst; claims employee's received a candy bar. I'm sure that cost the company about a $1K since it was a bulk purchase. The attendance accrual time is pretty much a slap in the face. State Farm does not treat its employees Like a Good Neighbor as they did many years ago!

Pros

I have meant some great employees while working there. At this time, they still offer a pension plan. The benefits are competitive, although they used to be better.

Cons

Short staffed, which attributes to irate customers. No work life balance. Micro-managed with metrics that are almost impossible to achieve. Workforce management dictates what time to answer phones each day (3 hour phone blocks every day), and what time to go to lunch. During the phone blocks you are expected to also do your work while taking phone calls.
