Pros

Good benefits and job stability - that's it!!

Cons

Micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, everything is about numbers and metrics, daily huddles in which you are shamed for why you didn't reach unrealistic numbers, no freedom to devote the time and investigation a claim requires, treated as if you are a machine, bad work environment because the company culture is no longer one in which you know the people you work with, the list can go on but this should be enough to tell you to work somewhere else if you would like a good quality of life. They give you time off here but it's impossible to use it unless you bid a year in advance. How can you live your life planning a year in advance??

There are some great people to work with.

Cons

Constant changes that they can't get right. Micromanagement is out of control. Too many reports causing duplication of work. Absolutely no work life balance.
