Pros

They paid to relocate me to one of their hubs.

Cons

There is no working balance. There are changes every day, no consistency. If you want time off you need to plan a year in advance. Stated farm went from a great place to work, develop and grow your career to a micromanaged numbers company. The process is a complete mess and the customers are the ones who suffer from the changes and lack of employee satisfaction. I went from loving my job to dreading it.

Pros

Paycheck every two weeks. Typically get an annual bonus. TV's is the break room. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Cons

No work/life balance, no room for advancement. Micromanagement, EOM is awful. Lots of tenured employees who don't care anymore. Office cliques. Workload is not reasonable.
