Pros

Lots of opportunities to try new jobs in different departments and access to promotions. Very pleasant environment, you know what is expected of you and are notified if you need to do anything differently. State Farm typically promotes from within. Overall, this is a very positive work environment and I get to work with great people every day.

Cons

The technology has been implemented that allows you to work at home; however, the company is strict about being in office as much as possible.
