It is a company that puts core values and integrity before all else. After 90 years in operation, it is still focused on one key aspect: being their for the customer, like a good neighbor.

Cons

it is going through a process of re-organization so a lot of employees may have to move around to keep their job, but once its organizational actions are complete, business operations will be much more coherent and be able to interact with other departments more efficiently,

Was a great learning experience, positive trainers/mentors. At first not micro managed, many places to advance

Management, started being micro managed and phone calls monitored. Was scheduled lunch times on a weekly basis
