      it's a pay check lol

      Cons

      almost everything. this company has been a nightmare since Tipsord took over. Employers are incredibly overworked and not fairly compensated at all. We are constantly getting yelled at and demeaned for not reaching arbitrary number goals. Morale is at an all time low and the turnover rate is absolutely bananas. There was no consideration for the pandemic either. This company preaches about work life balance but does NOT actually care about it in practice.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Point system was removed which was positive. They try to be flexible with time off but you also have to request your vacation/PTO 6mos to a year in advance.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations to manage excessive claims inventory of 280-300+ where average inventories with other insurance companies are around 150-175. Unable to keep talented and experienced employees who have left due to excessive inventories as well as being an unstable environment. Often difficult to get time off especially in summer and around holidays.

      Pros

      You know you’ll always have a job if you work in claims because they keep losing employees.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. There is a high turnover because the pay is not competitive. They keep increasing expectations and job duties without increasing the salary. The CEO is a joke who does not care about the employees. The entire company hates him and he is dragging State Farm down. He needs to be fired.
