Pros

Benefits are good (healthcare, dental, vision), 401k, pension, flex hours, ability to work from home

Cons

Time off changed, desks in new office are small, no room to grow (even though they tell you there is), old technologies, smaller budgets = no free cups for water

Sweet dev job

Pros

I like my team and work. This is the first job I don't dread coming to. The pay is above average and the typical work week is 38 hours. Honestly it's perfect for relaxed devs who don't want to work for some big tech company.

Cons

I guess I see some office politics and whatnot sometimes but unless you're a lead or management you can pretty much ignore it.
