Good place to work, as long as you're adaptable
Pros
Pension, accrual system for vacation, decent priced medical plans (including vision, dental), Job security, career advancement opportunities, yearly raise/bonus (per company success). Focus on Work-life balance (typically 38.75 hours per week)
Cons
Continually restructuring the company. Management is often unqualified for the areas they are placed. Large focus on customer and not the employee which is apparent in the many benefits that are being taken away or changed to be harder to use. No paid sick leave. You have to use a week of vacation before being able to use long-term medical leave (as approved by CIGNA). Employees are not put into positions based on their skills and expertise. Roles are evaluated on a set of criteria that may or may not match the job responsibilities you have been given.
