False Promises

Pros

I would not say there were that many pros. They seemed very friendly once I started.

Cons

Not enough one on one help or training. They do set you up with a coach, but that person works at another property and sometimes is not available as much as you need them to be when starting out. I am a hands on learner, so just reading over a policy book isn't usually going to stick with me as well as doing something a few times.

Pros

The pros are mostly in the benefits package Steadfast offers. Insurance, vacation, 401k, bonuses, pay. Those are the only pros I can think of.

Cons

Steadfast does not value people as their core values say. They put people in positions who only care about making the top dollar & nothing else. They don't care how many casualties there are as long as they are making their money. Managers are not properly trained and treat their employees like they are dispensable. Employees and residents are suffering. The turn over rate is horrible. There is discrimination & it is never checked. People are not treated fairly and fair housing is a joke. It is very disturbing.
