Pros

Good salary. bonuses and training

Cons

Does not value their employees as per their core values. Had an issues with my RM and was treated as if I was the problem. I was a long term employee that had never had any issue,. the RM was new and I was treated as if I was problem. The company received several complaints about this person and choose to let good employees leave instead of address the issues and listening the their.So Sad!

Pros

I enjoy working with my office staff. I like the extra bonuses and the commission I make off of the apartments I lease.

Cons

1. The new managers do not know enough about our property. They know how much money we are earning and losing each year, but they could not tell you which floor plans have washer/dryers and which ones do not. 2. Regional managers are micromanaging the employees rather than trusting them to do their jobs. 3. We were given a list of paid time off holidays at the beginning of the year. Two days before a holiday, we were told that our occupancy isn't up to expectation so we no longer get the holiday off. They also do not want to pay the over time, so they would prefer us to take an extra day off to balance out the hours. What is the point of sending out a list of paid time off holidays if those holidays are not guaranteed? 4. Our occupancy has dropped over the past couple months. The regional managers are micromanaging us and making us do a bunch of reports to explain why it's low. I do not have enough time to do outreach and lease apartments because we are busy with reports. 5. We were recently told we will have to start working Sundays to increase our occupancy. Steadfast wants us to now work 7 days a week and possible holidays if our occupancy is not where they want it to be. There is no consideration to employees or their personal lives. Are the regional managers also going to be working 7 days a week and possible holidays?

Benefits, PTO, Closed Holiday's, Company Commercials, Enjoyed the ginger bread house compition.

Cons

THE CORE VALUES, Mgr that are hired by friends, HR claims the open door policy. Grace hill training.
