Pros

Company has good benefits as far as PTO time. The only down side to this is being able to take the time off.

Cons

Too many manual reports, do not have updated software. Corporate structure needs to be fixed as they are the Leaders leading the onsite staff. Have better communication with staff and give better direction on how they want the job completed as this changes every time a staff change is made, either in Corporate or Property level.

Cons

Not valued no matter how hard you work. Pay is below average and work load is high. Strictly budgeted for investors, not for the employees or residents benefit.

-Best ever corporate support staff. Everyone you meet is so genuinely kind, but also hard workers and good at their jobs. -Competitive pay and benefits reflective of the position -Steadfast promotes a "work life balance" and they are SERIOUS about it! This is what makes me love my job so much. I have never worked for a company that cared more about it's employees and their well-being! -Steadfast also is a huge contributor to community service and promotes serving in your communities. How cool is that?

Cons

Steadfast is growing at a rapid pace, but not many people know who they are- I think this makes it a GREAT time to join their dynamic team!
