Pros

Use to be an great company to work for - then all leadership left (President, Executive VP, Senior VP and VP) and the whole mgmt company went off the rails. Leadership now is a joke.

Cons

No leadership - Don't care anymore - making up policy as they go.

First off, thank you for your tenure with Steadfast Companies. I appreciate your commitment to the success of the organization over the years. We strive to provide a positive employment experience and to operate with our Core Values in mind. While we have experienced change over the past few months, I have made it my top priority to focus on improving our operations at every level and have already initiated significant changes, including hiring experienced managers in some key positions. As we transition to a new leadership team, our primary focus will be on restoring the culture that makes us Steadfast. I appreciate your feedback and for bringing this concern to my attention. Pros

This company invests a lot in each employee's training and growth. I work with very experienced individuals that are extremely intelligent and always happy to assist each other. Each employee receives in depth, on line training, that corresponds to the employee's department. This training would cost several hundred dollars to any non-employee that wanted to purchase it. Steadfast provides certain benefits to you automatically, that you don't have to pay into. There is a strong corporate structure that helps support and guide the Steadfast communities and they are always willing to help! What more can you ask for?

Cons

There is a great deal of information to learn. Be organized and flexible.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Here at Steadfast, we are committed to creating a positive employment experience for our Associates. This year we formalized and implemented a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program that provides our Associates with paid time (16 hours) to support community / charity work. With very low unemployment levels, providing market rate compensation is a daily challenge. Our employer goal is to offer a strong value proposition for all of our Associates that couples fair pay, strong benefits programs, wonderful culture and a positive work environment. Thanks for your input again!
