This company treats the core values; PROCEED WITH INTEGRITY, VALUE PEOPLE, EMBRACE OPPORTUNITY, PURSUE EXCELLENCE, AND DO GOOD AS WE DO WELL, as an actual way to run the business ... not just words on a plaque. My supervisor offers a lot of flexibility and autonomy. It's a perfect fit for me!

Cons

401K matching is not good. Benefits are expensive for a family, but I think that's an Obama situation, not a Steadfast situation.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I shopped for new employment for a few months before accepting a position. I wanted the perfect position for me and while I was offered several other jobs, the moment I interviewed for the ACM, I knew it was the job for me! I'm so glad Steadfast took a chance on me since I had never officially done the ACM job, but knew I was capable. So far Steadfast has blown my past employers out of the water!

Cons

I legitimately cannot think of anything negative to say about Steadfast so far. My only complaint is my drive to work (which I willingly accepted), but it is totally worth the drive!
