Pros

If you are friends with someone in their management team, this is a wonderful place to work. It is some obvious how this is like being in high school again and taking care of all your friends. The rest of the employee get little to no attention. The pay is pretty good and the Swag is awesome (shoes, Beats, and hoodies).

Cons

Delivery is mess. They know how to win but not how to manage a project. Poorly trained project managers make for a toxic work environment. Executives don't even ask how projects are going. GROW! GROW! GROW! There has been a recent exodus of top quality management which clearly indicates major issues at the highest levels. The changes are occurring so fast they could not keep up on the website. Before I left, I counted 10 or more senior managers leaving the company in just the last few months. The CEO loves to hear the sound of his own voice. He previously worked at company called AgileX. I looked at LinkedIn and he last worked there in 2015. However, every single corporate meeting is a long winded discussion about how amazing that company was. It is a standard joke with all the employees about here comes the AgileX motivational speech. MOVE ON!!

Pros

Interview process was positive, multiple rounds to find a role that was a fit, generally good communication throughout each step of the interviews and clearance process. Compensation looks good (keyword 'looks').

Cons

Its federal consulting, they either have the funding for a role, or not. Despite having a contingent offer, there's no guarantee at all if you actually start unless a project has the funding. And that's misleading. Even if you have multiple skillsets. No timeline on clearance, and your offer hinges on that too. Better off accepting a temp contract gig tbh. Your mileage will vary, if any.

Pros

Some people seem nice enough in the beginning

Cons

after going through the interview I signed a contract for hire. But the start date kept on being pushed back, this went on for several months. I felt I wasted 3+ months between that and the interviews. Beware
