Delivery of ALL projects is a mess, leadership only focused on sales and don't care about the people, no clear roles/responsibilities of team members causes problems, empty promises to senior employees to get them in the doors and then they have to clean up the messes that the delivery teams have made, delivery teams staffed with junior resources who are trying desperately to figure it out, company has failed to create a sense of social culture (outside of work) during the pandemic/adapt to allow for work-life balance I agree with another reviewer - they put a bunch of recent grads with high level senior leadership and mid-level talent is heavily lacking
