Best project I’ve ever been on. Best government client. Lots of great people.

Cons

Project managers have a butts in seats mentality. You will respect their authoritah! They don’t understand, not try to learn, what my team does. Virtually no chance for advancement. Raises are minuscule.

The only pro about this company is they offer remote work for their developers.

- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE and a very TOXIC company. I'll stay away and look somewhere else If I were you. - Set very unrealistic expectations. I was hired as a React Developer and expected to work FullStack without any guidance or mentorship. - Unfair hiring and unfair termination practices. They would hire someone with less experience and pays less for the work that would require 6 to 7 years of experience. - They would hire developers with 2 years of experience and expected to perform like seniors that have 6 to 7 years of experience. If you don't meet their unrealistic expectations from the day you start they would terminate you immediately without any warnings.
