Pros

The culture is beyond anything I have ever seen and they ensure that work-life balance is top of mind in today's working environment. If you are looking for a place where you can grow and surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you, this is the place. During the pandemic, the organization focused on ensuring there were still ways for everyone to connect but stay safe. Communication and transparency are also top tier and bottom line, this place is fantastic to work for.

Cons

I don't have cons to share.

Pros

I was surprised when I first started to see that everyone I met loved their jobs and the company. Everywhere I've worked has had at least some disgruntled employees. Now that I've been her a year I can understand why everyone is so happy. Steampunk fosters employee growth, opportunity, and camaraderie. Great benefits and the Studio is an amazing workspace where they host socials, cookouts, and even a weekly fitness class. New opportunities can be frightening, but coming to Steampunk is easily one of the best choices I've made.

Cons

Steampunk is a culture that you need to embrace. If you're just looking for a job, you probably wouldn't fit in.
