Being part of a fast-growing, employee-owned company like Steampunk offers a startup-paced work environment combined with leadership that has unmatched experience in the industry. What I love about Steampunk is the focus that my colleagues have placed on my own career growth, in parallel to the growth of the company. I started at Steampunk as an intern and am now fortunate to have found both a full-time job and a work family who supports me and my goals along the way!

Pros

Steampunk has the best people. It is a different culture here. I've worked for large companies (330K people) and very small companies (about 15 people) and the people here are what keep me coming back. Smart people that live the culture.

Cons

The company may move too fast for some folks. You need that entrepreneur mindset.
