Pros

Competitive salary, decent benefits, free marketing stuff

Cons

Leadership are sales focused lacking operational leadership. They want to be bought out before word gets around they can't deliver on their promises. There is no structure, roles/responsbilities on the delivery teams, yet they set unrealistic expectations with no guidance. Toxic environment would not recommend to anyone looking to learn and grow.

Pros

Good when you have no options.

Cons

They will load you with work to make their clients happy. No room for growth or personal improvement. No life balance. Bunch of overpaid managers that have no technical background taking advantage of underpaid sub-contractors who are lost trying to figure things by themselves with no guidance.
