Pros

Good teamwork; collaborative; good pay & bonus; employee owned so you can get stock for great performance

Cons

Under 300 people in company; if you're used to a huge company with everything defined and process driven you may find that this small business moves fast and is improving, but you'll not be able to "hide" within the organization

Pros

Company is driven for new business. Trying to position itself as "new", "young", "hip", "different"

Cons

Poorer benefits (more employee share on healthcare costs, fewer/less vacation days and fewer holidays, lower salary level).

Pros

Relatively flat organization, employee owned, everyone has a voice. Clients are very excited about the energy and positive disruption Steampunk is bringing to the Federal Government.

Cons

Benefits could be better, especially dental
