The overall steampunk.com company was pretty cool. They have an extensive infrastructure in place for roles/responsibilities and career pathing. They also have the coolest internal media studio and production team so presentations and training are beyond amazing

Cons

Leadership in my arena was simply terrible and very unprofessional. The goals and deliverables were way out of sync and daily execution expected was atl odds with the type of work my team did. The manager was a total’yes man’ who refused to approach his level up with challenges, therefore, nothing ever changed so we had to repeatedly try to push a square peg in a round hole and we were harshly judged and reprimanded about our work output constantly. It made trying to accomplish anything next to important ğossible. Needless to say, motivation was in the toilet.
