Cons

- Low pay - Low yearly appraisal - Hard to get salary increases - Promotes you to a higher position with no increase in pay grade.

Excellent resume builder Good IT experience

Cons

Promotions are awarded based on being in the right place at the right time rather than merit. All the good opportunities are handed to people overseas due to cheaper labor

We did however want to let you know that promotions here are always awarded based on merit and need. We follow the same procedure for all positions, regardless of who fills them: posting the job on our website, interviewing qualified candidates, and selecting the best fit. We also want to mention that we do understand the viewpoint on outsourcing. It is a reality of our business that sometimes customers need a more cost effective option, and choose to go overseas. Pros

Customer relationship is wonderful, work is enjoyable, team members are freindly and knowledgeable.

Cons

No formal training. A lot of the work was constantly being sent overseas that causes issues with the client.
