Pros

Environment is friendly, the people are kind, direct managers are typically very helpful. Insurance options are pretty good, 401k option as well. If you can get hired into a field that you are familiar with, you should be able to pick up most things pretty easily.

Cons

Low wages, poor communication and nothing else matters to Marco than the bottom line, money. Staffing cuts have left morale low, very low. Turnover is not high in our position, staffing cuts on the other hand are.

It is important that employees feel comforted by those they are in direct contact with. We never take staffing cuts lightly, but they are unfortunately a reality of our business. 2016 did see a lot of changes to our business and how it was staffed, but 2017 is poised to be one of our greatest yet. Stefanini is a great place to start your career. People are friendly and you get to put your hands in different technologies, and different business scopes.

Cons

Low salary, no career grow, no investments in your professional improvements.

learned a lot

Pros

learned a lot, given a lot of responsibility, always busy and challenged in a leadership role. Able to use a variety of skills and apply to daily duties.

Cons

Work was constantly being sent overseas. A program would get started, the groundwork laid and processes put in place, then it would be passed off to a cheaper country. The satellite office did not have the same energy as the home office. Definitely a boys club--even the worst male leader got promoted over women.

It is a reality of our business that sometimes customers need a more cost effective option, and choose to go overseas.
