Hello, and thank you for your honest review. We are glad that the relationships you developed while at Stefanini were great! It is a very important part of employee satisfaction that working relationships are positive. While it is true in any company that some people can be more content in their positions than others, we feel it is important to acknowledge that we offer help when necessary. Our Open Door Policy for dispute resolution is very effective, and for those without disputes but who may still need something we cannot provide, we offer our Employee Assistance Plan. Stefanini cares very much about the well-being of our employees and strives to show that in the things we do. Thank you again for your time. Sincerely, Nick- Human Resources

Pros

It's hourly based work at a reasonable pay. You won't work over 40 hours typically, and if you do, the time and a half is nice. The level of work and knowledge required is proportional to the pay they offer. Although it can be stressful and somewhat overwhelming, it's always better to have too much to do than to have a lot of idle time. The time goes faster and it's more rewarding to know you are definitely needed. It would be hard for a company to lay off a person who is so busy. They offer tuition reimbursement of $2500 a year. Benefits aren't exactly cheap but the coverage is ok. I'm new and HR has reached out to me to communicate with me. They are definitely making progress fixing the breakdown that I've seen in other reviews.

Cons

Your mileage may vary because Stefanini has a lot of clients. But at my location, the training isn't exactly present. I'm lucky to have a good grasp on deskside and helpdesk type of work so it's not a problem. There isn't a clear definition of company processes and procedures, but I don't think that's as much a Stefanini issue as it is the specific project we support at my location. Not sure if there are advancement opportunities. They have an internal job posting site, but there's not much of focus on "how can we help you advance your career at Stefanini". Benefits are a little on the pricey side, but I don't blame Stefanini for that. That seems to be a trend common to many companies.

Hello, and thank you for your honest and detailed review. We are glad that you are having a positive experience with Stefanini. It is definitely important to us. It is an unfortunate reality of being a nationwide and worldwide business that sometimes there are only limited options for positions in certain locations. We absolutely support, and have a great track record of hiring / promoting from within, but sometimes that just isn’t an option. That being said, we always encourage those who are interested in other opportunities within Stefanini to look for and apply to anything in the Careers section of our website. Further, we would encourage you to have a discussion with your manager or even reach out to me so that we could discuss any career aspirations that you might have. Yet another reality of today’s world is the skyrocketing price of health insurance. Know that every single year our benefits department researches with brokers for insurance that is the best combination of affordable and comprehensive. We do our best to keep costs under control, but understand that it can still be expensive. Thank you again for your time. Sincerely, Nick- Human Resources
