Pros

The private health care is an advantage

Cons

The company has an extremely poor management structure and no onsite contacts. HR do not reply to e-mail and you feel unsafe in the workplace as a result of this. The atmosphere is terrible as pay is under market average and the company fail to care for their employees. Appraisals are a box ticking / copy and paste exercise completed by people you don't even work with. Lack of sick pay encourages poor morale and people end up coming into the office extremely ill in order to meet their personal financial commitments. At best the company can be described as an "Agency".

Total joke of a company

Pros

You get paid, most of the time its the correct amount! That's it! From the day you start good luck of that amount ever increasing.

Cons

I could list for days but I will stick to a few. - Terrible senior management who do not care 1 ounce for their staff - HR's lack of communication is shocking - Low pay (they win contracts and pay you nothing compare to what they get) - They lose contacts left right and center - Everyone is on different money but never anything significant - This company do not provide pay rises, if you ask for one you get told to find another job - No career progression I advise anyone looking to work for this company to reconsider. If you do work for this company, search for another job, but I don't need to tell you that... you would already know.

OK company to work for

Pros

Fellow team members are friendly, rate of pay is on par with other places and raises are based on performance

Cons

No opportunities to advance without relocation. None if any remote positions

It can be true that sometimes advancement opportunities are hard to come by, because in many cases we can only offer the positions that we have with our clients at the rates the contracts are negotiated. Stefanini does its best to develop our employees through tuition reimbursement, free training classes through our Stefanini University, and are well known for promoting from within whenever possible.
