9yHello, and thank you for your honest review. We are glad that you are happy with our benefits, as our team works very hard to make sure we offer the best options we can. Know that things like Performance Reviews are a part of some, but not all employees’ assessment. Your statement about managers not reaching out is troubling however. I would like the opportunity to discuss this further as we have a few programs in place to make sure that you are having regular contact with your manager and Human Resources.
