First we are glad to hear that your experiences here with relationships, experience gaining, and career building have been good. Those are all things that Stefanini highly values.
Know that many of our positions are rigorously determined by our customers, so schedule is determined by need, so in many cases they need to be rigid. Also our training programs, tuition reimbursement program, and performance review process are all designed as tools to help everyone who chooses to utilize them grow within the company.
