      A good place to gain experience in the field. The company offers decent benefits (401k, some tuition reimbursement, pays for required certs).

      Cons

      The pay is on the low end for the work done. The company is very stingy with pay raises.

      Great opportunity for those who lack the experience to get their foot in the door. Always opportunities if you put your mind to it and are a dedicated worker. This company can help you trampoline.

      Cons

      A lot of your coworkers become counterproductive to the company being successful and expect a promotion before they do more work, when in fact doing more work first is how you get the promotion.
