It’s true, our recruiters and managers take a lot of time find the perfect match for each of our open positions, as well as matching assignments with the best employee for the job. We are definitely a growing company, so expect even more assignments in the future! Stefanini has acquired several great companies over the years, but it does take some time to fully integrate them into Stefanini’s culture.       Paid every 2 weeks, paid straight time for hours > 40

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, no 401k, because I was a w2 paid contractor, I did not receive any paid holidays, sick days or vacation days. Because I was 'placed' at a 3rd party company, if the company was closed for holidays, I was not paid for any days the 3rd party company was closed. If you are looking to work as a w2 contractor - factor into your hourly rate compensation time for holdays-vacations-sick days.

      Friendly colleagues. The company gives you enough responsibility and freedom.

      No open communication, unexperienced lower management, HR is very double faced.

We agree that opening up a career path for each of our employees is critically important. We always post our job openings internally so our employees get a chance to apply for rotations and promotions. Employees are encouraged to discuss their careers with their managers and HR.
