stressful environment, no proper computers to work on, no internal survey, hr is insensitive to complaints and sugestions

The experience employees gain using our modern IT processes and the variety of free online training and certifications we offer can be extremely valuable. I'm sorry to hear that you found our environment to be stressful. Though I can't be sure which location you were at, I can say that the Southfield office has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. Our office can be fast paced, but we strongly believe we have the proper support in place for all of our employees to succeed. Limited advancement opportunity in Accounting/ Doesn't like change

Flextime, opportunity for four ten hour days in Summer every other week

Cons

Accounting Management team discourages teambuilding and restricts employees to work within silo's. Communication outside of department is highly frowned upon.
