Cons

- work can be tedious, but that is really true of most or all software development work, especially given the entire spectrum of it. This is really a con of the whole field!

Very employee focused, very interested in having me do what I want them do, flexible work time and big focus on keeping us all working only about 40 hours a week. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Lots of opportunities for personal growth, but not being a big company, not much "traditional" career growth.
