Strong learning opportunities with exposure to multiple projects, supportive and collaborative team culture, clear upward mobility, competitive compensation and benefits, and meaningful client interactions that build long-term skills.

Cons

Workload can be demanding during busy periods, limited flexibility on hours, steep learning curve for new joiners, processes can be complex, and occasional ambiguity in project assignments.

Pros

They’re well known and you will get a lot of experience

Cons
