Plenty of entry level jobs. Some growth opportunity. Decent benefits.

Cons

Low pay without much opportunity for increase. No bonuses or pay structure tied to profitability. Benefits are expensive for family coverage due to low wages.

Pros

There's literally no pros other than a paycheck and at times some cool coworkers. However; the turn over rate is so high, no one lasts very long.

Cons

Constant random meetings about core values that are non existent. Management is ridiculously unprofessional and are only there because of connections, not because of knowledge (they barely have any). Not to mention, jokes being made about pending lawsuits and alleged ties to Planned Parenthood and/or terminated babies. These people are sick, shallow and pathetic.

They offer free coffee and have a variety of food trucks that frequent their parking lot

Cons

Cyclical ramp up and down of resources, very disorganized overall... for such a large global company, they lack many of the elements one would expect from that class of corporation. Something as simple as an Org chart for the company is non existent. Equipment has a tendency to 'walk' off and management is clueless as there is zero asset management utilized.
