We had a hot, yet dense trainer.

Cons

They make you take stupid assessments during training in order to stay on with the company. They have an assonine method of utilizing Salesforce, and for anyone that's used the CRM tool in the past, it's completely futile and unorthodox the way it's used. And you have to score 80% on their skewed assessment. Quality sales folks in the past will not survive here. It's completely micromanaged, and their training sucks completely. They play favorites to the uneducated too.

Pros

Some flexibility in scheduling and friendly co-workers. Good benefits after probationary period with the exception of expensive health insurance plans.

Cons

Low wages when compared to other businesses in the industry. Little opportunity for advancement. High employee turnover rate. Doing business with companies that have been reported for fraud and are known to scam customers, then having to answer to those customers because their accounts have been charged without their knowledge. Lying to callers is often encouraged. Felt more like a telemarketer than a customer service representative while working there.
