They are not appreciative to they're workers, they don't care if you have an emergency situation going on you are still at fault with documented documents. There are no advancement opportunities if there is its for one person because someone else left the job. No one really wants to work here they just tolerate it because it's a job and they got hired. They're really no perks to working here. Call center floor stays cold because you have people controlling the thermostat who's going through menopause. Call center has a huge turn over rate because they don't want to pay the necessary amount for the work that has to be done so people seriously don't care about the job. They just fired one of their best agents December 21st right before Christmas, tell me what kind of company is so cold hearted like that, it made me want to walk out.

Ok. Overall management is cool however I had the manager from hell. Before even being assigned I heard bad things about her but I knew I was a great CSR and would have any problems. The problems started when my kid got sick and I had to call in dye to daycare refusing to take her. She seemed fine with it but refused to take my doctors note. After maybe 2 more call offs in a 4 month period and days where I came back from lunch a little late due to speaking with doctors and the daycare providers about my child's health if you came back 3 minutes late or more it was a 1/2 an occurrence so essentially I racked up 6 all together. I wasn't too alarmed because there were several other employees that had the same amount and counting and my reason was valid which I thought she would understand because she took off a couple times due to her sons needs. In the end she warned me about being absent and tardy on Wednesday and that following Monday I was let go.
