      Pros

      Benefits, benefits, benefits. Even to this I day I am taking advantage of Stericycle's benefits and I haven't worked there months.

      Cons

      They acquire companies and claim to have a culture full of morale but that excludes leadership.

      -None completely deceiving, job is nothing like whats described in interview

      Cons

      -awful training and even worse management -deceptive, company doesn't want to pay, the better u get at a position the more inclined they are to switch u to a new team or create an impossible quota, both conveniently lead to lower commission (go figure) -one big popularity contest, no concern for sales ability -promotions based on favoritism, place is more concerned with if you've been on reality tv or played sports as opposed to talent and work ethic -was amazed at how cheap of a company they are, place still uses salesforce one of the worst CRM tools out there and there is a loud beep every 15 seconds that comes through your headset while your on a call, which makes it incredibly difficult to hear the customer and concentrate -Huge turnover, people quit every week and youd be hard pressed to find someone on the sales floor thats been working there for over a year

But it sounds like this wasn’t your experience. I’m disappointed to hear that, given how many new roles we are creating this year. Be assured: we’re committed to ensuring merit is the path to promotion. I encourage all of my team to ask your manager and peers: What can I do to excel at my job? What can I do to be considered for new roles? If you did this, and received fair feedback and were not satisfied with the results, then we have some work to do.       I dread going to this place everyday.

      Pros

      Benefits. The benefits are the only pros to this company, at least I can go see a psychiatrist & discuss my problems.

      Cons

      Management & supervisors do not care about the employees. They do not pay you based on the work you do. When you go to HR with concerns, management & supervisors retaliate against you. They have been telling us for months that our jobs are secure, however they have been firing 1-2 people every week for the past 2 months.
