Pros

Decent benefits, 401k, Employee Stock Purchasing Program, Metlife dental plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield health benefits, decent, hardworking employees who are patient with management in spite of low wages, lack of a structured work environment, and rampant mismanagement.

Cons

A highly disorganized call center with an inadequate training process, poor pay, nepotism, dress code not enforced, chaotic, unprofessional work atmosphere where workers eat at their desks, there is high turnover, more than 50 percent of the employees are on corrective action, and management has a 'sink or swim attitude' with regard to employee training. There aren't any dedicated phone lines in the office so employees must use their cellphones in an emergency or to communicate with fellow employees and management. Overall, this call center has poor systems and processes in place for an organization of this caliber.

I worked there for 6 years, started out unloading trucks part time to becoming a manager. There is a way up if they like you.

Cons

Very disorganized, drivers don't respect authoirity. The pay is horrible, largest company with horrible pay. Very greedy coperate doesn't care about lower management.

The people are great. Despite the tough and stressful days, the co workers are fun to be around. I've made some great friends though them!

Cons

Unreasonably high quotas, poor office moral, lack of awareness amongst C level managers and stressful conditions. The lack of trust from customers makes completing a sale tough
