      Great in theory, nice people, but sometimes a tough company to rep

      Pros

      Helped build confidence answering the phone for various accounts - some more complex than others

      Cons

      One particular (headache) account went from what was supposed to be ~10% of calls to 90% of calls. Became a nightmare that caused me to leave.

      Pros

      The culture initiative was good, in theory. Upper management did seek employee feedback annually.

      Cons

      Roles are not always clearly defined; don't expect to be doing what your job description says, but do expect to be micromanaged. Corporate and local management have different ideas on how things should work, and if you ask different levels of management a question, you'll get different answers. Each level blames the next. Middle management says "It's this way because HR says so." But you ask HR, and it's "No, that's never been the policy, that's up to individual managers." Given that one of the core values is accountability, that's just shameful.

      Horrific customer service, communication and organization practically non-existent. Too many hurdles for drivers to be able to get job in timely manner. Incompetent management/
