great, supporting co-workers. very friendly and like family. hours were always available. great job to have while going to university.

Cons

there literally was no "work-life balance". horrible start and ends times. work that worth more than the pay. management is highly unprofessional/unorganized/delusional. favoritism is rampant. rude customers. rude customers OF customers and you get penalized if you have any emotions by upper management and client customer servic e.

Great pay. Easy job answering phones and calls. Company would always provide dinner on holidays if long work hours were required

Cons

Managers were strict and would show favorites. Rasies were not so good. If they rated you low you would get a lower raise than expected.
