This is an amazing Company. The employees are so nice, and the Management is so helpful! They help you and have a great 5 week training program to make sure you have all the tools you need! If you need help with anything there are multiple people are that are available to you. The company values a work/life balance. They want you to have time at night to be with your family. This is a company you are able to grow in and succeed! The culture starts from the top, and from personal experience, the president is phenomenal. His core values attribute to why the entire company is value oriented and driven! This is certainly an amazing company to work for!

Cons

This company is doing a great job, to me there are no cons!

-Great career start for entry level sales professionals -Plenty of training to maximize sales techniques -Core sales arm to Fortune 500- Xerox -Perfect your presentation skill set through weekly face to face client/prospect and internal office meetings -Small business- feel like big fish in small pond -Stepping tone towards another, possibly more desired career

Cons

- Revolving door, little long term commitment - Small base salary and small commissions for hitting goals - Can be intense for those that don't hit monthly goals - little money for car stipend -support staff is lazy

One, the training program delivered by the ONE former MPS Salesrep. She was exceptional and would help rookies.

Cons

Not a technology company. Had no software customer references. Too much time strategizing and reviewing in meetings, as much as a day and a half a week. Too much management 1x1's. Benefits subpar for a Xerox company. Too many Overlays that did not add value during customer meetings. Poor CRM, no Salesforce.com, again not a technology company. Order process is terrible, stuck in the '90's, 15 pages per order. Order Processors are over worked and make mistakes. Pay and compensation well below technology industry. Sell services or you won't make anything. Cannot sell to Xerox accounts, no matter what you are selling. XEROX customer base not evenly distributed. And some reps have thousands of accounts in Territory.
