Pros

Stewart Business Systems is a fantastic company to work for. They typically promote from within, as well as normally having opportunities to make a lateral change if you would like to move to a different department in the organization. The executives are very ethical and make you want to work hard for them every day. From a sales perspective, we are constantly rewarded for our hard work through commission, bonuses, "Perk Points" that allow us to purchase items based on the deals that we write, as well as a President's Club Trip once a year. We work really hard, but we play hard, too - we have themed potluck "Fun Fridays" once a month, Mr. Softee occasionally stops at our business on the president's expense, free pizza on the last day of every month, "Cake in the Kitchen" once a month to celebrate birthdays, as well as a week of fun activities during Administrative Professionals week like "Dunk the Suits" where our executives are set up in a dunk tank for everyone to take shots at, in addition to a catered event where the executives dress in tuxedos and serve the administrative staff while a violinist sets the ambiance in the cafeteria. Stewart is unique from a sales perspective in that we have a great story to tell - we are part of a $2 billion corporation through Xerox without the bureaucratic red tape of a large origination - we're able to get things done quickly and efficiently for our clients and keep everything local at our Headquarters in Burlington. In addition, Stewart has fantastic support for every piece of the sales cycle. The culture at Stewart is family-like and our president typically pumps everyone up by giving everyone high fives throughout the day. Overall, Stewart is a fantastic place to work!

Cons

If you don't want to work hard, this is not the place for you! You must come prepared to give 110% every day.
