Pros

I guess if you like the clothes you get a discount.

Cons

Poor executive leadership, varied middle management messaging, they removed flexible scheduling which was a huge draw, hourly pay for stylists is low with no room for advancement

Pros

I had a great manager and team. I felt like my manager always had my back - a unique situation for SF. Also, I got a $500 WFH stipend. The 40% discount isn't bad if you like the clothes.

Cons

I would not recommend CX to anyone. I found the KPIs out of touch with reality - possibly to keep employees on their toes and ready to be put "on a plan" at any time then fired. Most of the simple tickets are outsourced overseas so Austin CX is stuck with disappointed and angry clients. Not fun to work weekends and be pushed to sign up for holidays. Also it's not fully remote. You have to stay within 50 miles of Austin.

Pros

It used to be flexible, and the pay is okay

Cons

Tech doesn't work more than it does, stylists are increasingly isolated, and managers are full of toxic positivity (while saying they aren't). There is no upward movement, and any problem encountered is met with "get creative"
